About The Position

The Sanitation Manager oversees and coordinates cleaning and sanitation operations to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment across facilities. The role develops and monitors sanitation procedures, leads and trains sanitation staff, coordinates cleaning schedules, and checks cleanliness through regular inspections. It also manages cleaning supplies and equipment, collaborates with other departments on sanitation needs, maintains compliance records, and keeps up with relevant industry practices and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Proven experience in sanitation management, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to inspect and assess cleanliness and safety conditions effectively.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
