The Sanitation Lead will coordinate and lead the activities of the sanitation team to ensure the application of GMPs and a sanitary environment necessary for the production of safe and high-quality food products. This role involves leading the team to implement changes to maintain and/or improve department objectives, updating documentation, inspecting work and equipment, monitoring sanitation efficiency, and adhering to sanitation commitments. The lead will also conduct daily meetings for department employees and ensure proper chemical usage.
