Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Monitor all established quality assurance standards. Encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Clean Team. Responsible for the execution of best practices, goals and established standards for the Clean Team. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Based in Colorado, City Market merged with The Kroger Company in 1983.
