About The Position

Citron Hygiene is a people-first organization specializing in hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection services for washrooms and common areas. We are seeking new Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician, you will play a critical role in servicing our customers' washrooms, enjoying the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves driving to client sites to provide delivery and collection services for sanitary disposal units and washroom products, ensuring facilities are serviced to an exemplary standard.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (G license) and clean driver’s abstract
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good customer service skills
• Good attendance and punctuality
• High school degree or equivalent
• Flexibility with working days including Saturday

Nice To Haves

• Experience in janitorial cleaning is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling dispensers, replacing air care cartridges, and bin liners.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize, and dispose of waste.
• Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly.
• Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
• Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
• Input all work activities in the smartphone device provided by the Company.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• Clean sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors for small to mid-size customers.
• Perform other duties as required.
