About The Position

Citron Hygiene is a people-first organization specializing in hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection services for washrooms and common areas. We are seeking new Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician, you will play a critical role in servicing our customers' washrooms. If you enjoy working independently, as part of a team, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you. A Hygiene Technician is responsible for service duties which include driving to client sites to provide a 'best in class' delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units and washroom products, ensuring that the washroom or facility is serviced to an exemplary standard.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good customer service
• Good attendance and punctuality
• High school degree or equivalent
• Flexibility with working days including Saturday

Nice To Haves

• Experience in janitorial cleaning is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize and dispose of waste.
• Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly.
• Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
• Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
• Input all work activities in the smartphone device provided by the Company.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• Clean sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors for small to mid-size customers.
• Other duties as required.
