About The Position

Citron Hygiene is a people-first organization specializing in hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection services for washrooms and common areas. They are seeking a new Hygiene Technician to join their Service Team. This role is critical in servicing customers' washrooms and requires someone who enjoys working independently, as part of a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Hygiene Technician plays a key role in providing a 'best in class' delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units and washroom products, ensuring facilities are serviced to an exemplary standard.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Good customer service
Good attendance and punctuality
High school degree or equivalent
Flexibility with working days including Saturday

Responsibilities

Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins.
Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize and dispose of waste.
Sanitize washroom fixtures, such as toilet bowls, urinals, and sinks.
Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly.
Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
Input all work activities in the smartphone device provided by the Company.
Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
Other duties as required.
