About The Position

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient cleaning of the factory and its machinery in accordance with Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Quantity and Cost (SSQQC). This role involves adhering to safe working practices, performing daily checks, following company GMPs, disassembling and re-assembling production equipment, cleaning production equipment, ensuring correct PPE is worn, safe use of chemicals, maintaining clean and tidy areas, assisting QA with pre-op release, and communicating any issues or changes to relevant parties. The position requires the ability to take instructions from supervisors and perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

• If they have experience with CIP operation they will be able to rotate in more areas.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe working practices at all times
• Perform daily checks of area for non-compliance and report them to your manager
• Follow the company GMP’s
• Dis-assemble and re-assemble production equipment
• Clean production equipment
• Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times
• Safe use of chemicals
• Ensure clean and tidy areas at all times
• Assist QA with pre-op release of factory
• Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes
• Take instructions from supervisors
• Any other tasks deemed reasonable and reasonably requested by management
