About The Position

This role involves assisting with cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior of the warehouse, as well as performing conventional and organic cleaning on production lines. The associate will work as a team member, follow directions, and offer support and suggestions. Attendance at all training sessions for Sanitation, Health & Safety, and Food Safety is required, along with adherence to all company policies, rules, and regulations. The position requires operating machinery and equipment safely, including a fork-lift, scissor-lift, weed whacker, vacuums, floor scrubber, and pressure washers. Responsibilities also include some heavy lifting and equipment break-down, as well as maintaining prescribed records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude, show willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision, take ownership of job, with a strong degree of professionalism and personal integrity
• Must follow all company policies, rules and regulations – especially those for Health & Safety and Food Safety
• Must handle all chemicals safely, as prescribed
• Must work responsibly in a way to minimize damage to company equipment or property
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs

• One-year related work experience preferred
