About The Position

Ocean Lakes Family Campground is seeking an energetic and motivated Sandy Harbor Assistant Manager to help lead one of their most exciting areas of the campground. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of Sandy Harbor, supporting various attractions and amenities such as the café, poolside food trucks, mini golf, arcade, and poolside amenities. The Assistant Manager will work with a team to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience while maintaining high standards.

  • Helping lead and motivate a dynamic team in a fun, family-focused environment.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of Sandy Harbor attractions and amenities.
  • Coordinating schedules, training teammates, and ensuring each area is fully staffed and running smoothly.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service and stepping in wherever needed to create memorable moments for our guests.
  • Supporting café and food truck operations while helping maintain food safety and quality standards.
  • Assisting with the mini golf course, arcade, and point-of-sale systems to keep the fun going all season long.
