About The Position

Flour Bakery + Cafe is looking for exceptional sandwich makers to join their growing team. This role is ideal for experienced line cooks or prep cooks. As a sandwich maker, you will prepare sandwiches with speed and accuracy, engage with guests, and provide excellent hospitality. The current openings are part-time and require availability to work Sunday-Thursday.

Requirements

Availability to work at least 3-4 shifts, 20 hours a week, including at least 1 weekend day.
At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
Ability to maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
Must be enthusiastic, hard-working, possess strong guest service skills, and be comfortable working in a professional open-kitchen environment.
Must be self-motivated and thrive in a fun, positive, and fast-paced team environment.
Minimum commitment of 1 year for FOH Sandwich Maker position.
Must be able to be on your feet all day.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, push, pull, reach, and lift < 50 lbs. without assistance.
Ability to operate equipment such as ovens, grills, knives and other kitchen equipment and utensils.
