About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sandwich Maker/Prep cook to join our kitchen team mostly PM shifts. In this role, you will support the kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes focusing on sandwiches, station setup and maintenance, ingredient stocking, cleaning, ensuring quality standards are met, and working as a team. You will work under the supervision of senior chefs while helping maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen role, preferably as a Sandwich Maker/Prep cook or similar position
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Miami

Nice To Haves

• Food handler's certification (preferred or required based on location)

Responsibilities

• Assemble sandwiches and other dishes following recipes, slicing meats, preparing ingredients (veggies, sauces), and cooking items on grills/stoves.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure quality and consistency
• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures while maintaining high food safety standards
• Support kitchen staff and senior chefs in executing menu items efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen team when supplies need restocking
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
