About The Position

They are looking for dependable, hardworking, and food-loving individuals to join their Sandwich Crew team at their Commissary Kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production kitchen environment and takes pride in quality food preparation.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Availability to work Night Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Availability to work weekends as needed with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen, food prep, deli, or sandwich-making experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and grab-and-go items according to Summerhill Market standards
• Assist with kitchen prep including slicing, portioning, stocking, and ingredient preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Support the Prepared Foods team with general kitchen helper duties as needed
• Help ensure products are fresh, properly labeled, and presentation-ready for retail locations
• Work collaboratively with the production kitchen team to meet daily output targets
