About The Position
The Sandwich Artist is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience by recommending premium sandwich options and displaying an enthusiastic attitude towards customers and co-workers. This role involves performing duties at various stations as outlined in the Operations Manual, including cross-training in different job functions. Key aspects of the position include excellent customer service, interacting with diverse individuals, preparing sandwiches, salads, and wraps, operating a POS system, food preparation such as slicing vegetables, maintaining cleanliness of the work area (dishes, tables, floors), cash and product accountability, performing cash-ins at shift end, taking inventory, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Other related tasks may also be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality customer experience.
- Recommend double meat, bacon, or higher-priced sandwiches.
- Display willingness and enthusiastic attitude to customers and co-workers.
- Successfully perform duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual.
- Become cross-trained in some or all job stations as directed.
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
- Use a POS system/cash register.
- Slice vegetables and perform other food preparation.
- Wash dishes, wipe tables, counter tops, and chairs.
- Sweep floor in work area.
- Account for cash and product.
- Perform cash-ins required at each shift.
- Take inventory.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Perform other job-related tasks as required.
