About The Position

The Sandwich Artist is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience by recommending premium sandwich options and displaying a willing and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and co-workers. This role involves performing duties at various stations as detailed in the Operations Manual, including cross-training, customer service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to deal with many different types of people.
• Experience using a POS system/cash register.
• Ability to slice vegetables and perform food preparation.
• Ability to wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and sweep floors.
• Ability to account for cash and product.
• Ability to perform cash-ins at each shift.
• Ability to take inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Successfully perform duties at assigned stations as detailed in the Operations Manual.
• Become cross-trained in various job stations as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with diverse individuals.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
• Operate a POS system/cash register.
• Slice vegetables and perform other food preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, wiping tables, countertops, and chairs, and sweeping floors.
• Account for cash and product, including cash-ins at each shift.
• Take inventory.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Perform other job-related tasks as required.
