About The Position

The part-time Sandwich Artist works at the Subway location inside the Manitowoc Country Visions Cooperative Convenience Store in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The role involves food preparation, customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and kitchen preparation and cleanup. No experience is required. The schedule includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and the employee must have open availability, including availability to cover last-minute shift vacancies. Pay is based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be dependable.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be friendly and energetic.
Must have basic math and computer skills.
Must have open availability, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts and potential last-minute shift coverage.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
Computer skills and previous food service experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide consistently high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner.
Demonstrate an understanding of menu items.
Promptly answer customer phone calls.
Operate the cash register and cashier.
Open or close the store.
Stock merchandise.
Maintain a clean and safe store.
Perform food preparation, kitchen preparation, and cleanup duties.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
