About The Position

As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, delicious sandwiches, wraps, and salads, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Subway's exact specifications, including portion control and freshness standards.
• Operate cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Ensure all food preparation areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
• Stock and rotate food products, ensuring proper inventory levels and minimizing waste.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and customer service.
