About The Position

High Flying Foods is looking for a Sandwich Artist at Artisan Market Restaurant located at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. You will join a dynamic and positive team environment, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This position requires availability from 2:00-11:00pm every day.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in a customer service, cash handling or food/beverage-related position
Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Ability to properly handle cash
Demonstrate proper knife handling skills and other equipment safety or be willing to learn
Ability to perform basic sanitation practices
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, management and customers
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
Accurately enter orders and properly process payments
Follow all portion standards to prepare, cook and present customer orders
Handle, store, and rotate all products properly (FIFO)
Maintain stock and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality
Complete prepped food lists and other checklists as required
Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned
Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
Work collaboratively with team to ensure seamless customer service and workplace efficiency
Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
Other duties as assigned
