About The Position

The Sandwich Artist is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience by recommending premium sandwich options and displaying an enthusiastic attitude towards customers and co-workers. This role involves performing duties at various stations as detailed in the Operations Manual, including cross-training in different job functions. The position requires excellent customer service skills for interacting with diverse individuals, preparing sandwiches, salads, and wraps, operating a POS system, slicing vegetables, food preparation, cleaning tasks such as washing dishes, wiping surfaces, and sweeping, cash and product accountability with cash-ins at each shift, taking inventory, and performing other related job tasks as needed.
