About The Position

The Sandwich Artist prepares and serves food items in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations, while providing fast and friendly guest service. The role helps maintain a clean restaurant, ensures product quality and food safety, follows operational standards and applicable laws and safety codes, and keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records. The position may include other duties as assigned, and its responsibilities may change.

Frequently bend, twist at the waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk; occasionally climb and descend ladders.
Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises.
Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for the entire shift, including reaching overhead.
Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50+ pounds occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
Maintain a clean restaurant environment through cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
Prepare and serve food items in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
Follow government laws and safety codes.
Complete reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy.
