About The Position

CSI Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking a Sander (Assembler) for their 1st shift. This position involves performing tasks related to the production of finished products, including grinding, sanding, and polishing metal parts using hand tools. The role requires adherence to company policies, maintaining a clean work area, and performing other assigned duties. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime on Fridays as needed. This is a DOT-FAA safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Must have good dexterity and precision when working on the parts
• Ability to use hand tools and sander
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment doing repetitive work preferred

Responsibilities

• Grind, sand or polish using hand tools or hand-held power tools on metal products.
• Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Other duties as assigned
