About The Position

Sandblasting Technician | Deburring Technician | Metal Finishing Technician | Manufacturing Production Technician. Build a Career in Manufacturing. Whether you're looking for a career change, recently graduated, have manufacturing experience, or are simply looking for a long-term opportunity where you'll learn a skilled trade, we'd like to meet you. No previous metal finishing experience? That's okay. Our trade isn't taught in schools—we'll teach you. What we can't teach is reliability, attention to detail, initiative, and the willingness to learn. If you enjoy hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, have an eye for quality, and want to be part of an industry that supports medical devices, aerospace, defense, and American manufacturing, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. As a Sandblasting, Deburring & Degreasing Technician, you'll prepare metal parts for processing by removing imperfections, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring parts meet our quality standards before they move through the manufacturing process. You'll operate specialized equipment while following detailed work instructions and maintaining high quality and safety standards.
