About The Position
Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, known for crafting innovative off-road truck parts. They offer a collaborative environment and value diverse perspectives. This role is based in a fully air-conditioned facility, which is a rare find in Arizona. The Sandblaster will be responsible for the daily operation of sandblast equipment, basic machine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and peak performance.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to lift to 50-100 pounds.

- Previous sandblast experience is a plus — but we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities
- Daily operation of sandblasting equipment
- Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
- Basic hand tool and power tool use
- Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
