Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is part of JPMorganChase's Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization and operates as an independent second line of defense. GFCC helps safeguard the firm, its clients, and the global financial system by identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial crime risks. As an Executive Director within Global Sanctions Compliance, you will lead a critical operations function, drive strategic transformation, and help shape how sanctions-related obligations are executed across the firm. As an Executive Director within Global Sanctions Compliance, you will lead the Block and Reject compliance organization, overseeing operational execution, regulatory reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage a distributed team across Delaware and India, ensuring the organization operates with strong controls, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. In addition to day-to-day leadership, you will drive modernization efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify reporting processes, enhance controls, leverage automation, and implement scalable solutions that strengthen the firm's sanctions compliance framework.
