2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager. Samsung is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem. This position is responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training to build product knowledge, and improving shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell-out results. This role will support multiple retail channels to execute business needs. The position requires serving as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement. It involves developing and maintaining a structured schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely and efficient store visits across multiple channel locations, and following established store visit protocols. The role also includes implementing cluster routing strategies for travel, serving as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and their ecosystem, and overseeing merchandising to ensure adherence to brand standards. The manager will conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates, take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving unit sell-out, and build strong relationships with retail store managers. Driving the execution of field initiatives through daily store visits is also a core part of the role.
