We are seeking a Sample Processing/Testing - Laboratory Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Austin, Texas. Job Summary: Perform routine laboratory analyses and testing on client specimens to generate accurate and reliable data while ensuring timely documentation and review of all work performed. What You’ll Be Doing: Perform and document routine specimen testing procedures in accordance with SOPs, GLP, and applicable regulatory guidelines Complete laboratory documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements Assess test procedures to ensure results are within acceptable tolerances and meet quality expectations Identify abnormal results, quality control issues, or procedural deviations and escalate to senior laboratory staff Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment as assigned Support the review, development, and implementation of laboratory procedures and process improvements What We Are Looking For: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline, with a minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical laboratory environment operating under GLP and/or CLIA guidelines. We appreciate your honesty and professionalism. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Requirements
