About The Position

This role is responsible for managing sample stock, including running and applying labels, pulling sample orders, and beveling carpet. The position requires entering shipments into SAP, listing and restocking returns, and unpacking boxes to sort samples. A key responsibility involves pulling tile boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stacking them on pallets for vendor shipments. The Sample Maker must also pull, pack, and ship the required number of parcels per shift, and perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements

Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack.
Must be able to drive a Stand-Up Lift Truck.
Must be able to type.
Must lift and move tile boxes weighing 50 lbs.
Good reading and math skills.
Basic Computer skills (SAP).
Must work flexible hours.
Must have good communication skills and must be able to work independently.
Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to work in and operate a high lift.

Responsibilities

Put up Sample Stock.
Run labels, Label Samples and pull Sample Orders.
Bevel Carpet.
Enter shipments into SAP.
List and restock returns.
Unpack boxes and sort samples.
Pull tile boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stack on pallets for vendor shipments.
Pull, pack and ship the required number of parcels per shift.
Other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
