Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and excel skills required
- Must be Philadelphia based.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Social Media team on sample needs for upcoming projects
- Review Social Media sample requests daily to track progress and action on outstanding needs
- Communicate with merchant teams to request and locate samples for Social Media projects
- Organize and maintain a sample drop off space in our home office for Social Media samples
- Set clear deadlines for samples to be dropped prior to each project in partnership with the Social Media team
- Organize received samples by project for ease of execution
- Clearly communicate risks to Social Media team regarding delayed or missing samples
- Be able to shift priorities based on current trends and action quickly
