Sample Administration Technician - Eurofins Environment Testing - Dallas, TX
About The Position
Eurofins Environment Testing Dallas is searching for a full time temporary Sample Administration Technician in Dallas, TX. This position is expected to assist overseeing all the different aspects of shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and logging samples. The role involves preparing samples from processing, accepting and signing for deliveries, and assisting in unloading shipments from delivery trucks. The technician will use moving equipment to transport shipments, open coolers and inspect contents, and check documentation to ensure all samples are accounted for. Samples will be distributed to different departments as appropriate, and the technician will follow strict safety and quality control procedures, store and restock samples, and ensure the work area is clean and organized. A key part of the role includes entering records in the LIMS system.
Requirements
- BS in Science, preferably Chemistry or Biology preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English

Responsibilities

- Store, restock, and shelves samples as necessary
- Ensure that work area is clean and organized
