Requirements

Demonstrated success in managing a salon or spa with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness trends, techniques, and products.
Exceptional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetic trends and innovation.

Service provider experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead a team of talented stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, and support staff to achieve excellence.
Recruit, select, train, and retain incredible service providers to our team.
Oversee daily salon and spa operations and inventory management, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves feeling pampered and satisfied.
Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative services to our salon.
Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and growth retention initiatives.
