About The Position

Drybar Nashville specializes in blowouts and is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Sales Associates passionate about customer service and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Bartender at Drybar Capitol View, you are the face of the client experience, ensuring smooth shop flow, supporting daily operations and sales, and delivering exceptional service in a fun, efficient, and professional atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., retail, front desk, hospitality, or salon/spa)
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per shift
  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Technically savvy and comfortable with front desk operations
  • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in/out clients using Booker.
  • Manage client profiles and troubleshoot scheduling or POS issues.
  • Handle payments, tips, and commissions with integrity.
  • Answer phones and voicemails promptly.
  • Review client notes to ensure personalized service.
  • Pair clients with stylists and manage break schedules.
  • Support shop management in maintaining smooth daily operations.
  • Serve complimentary beverages and engage clients to create a bar-like vibe.
  • Maintain clear communication with team and leadership.
  • Recommend and sell products, tools, and memberships.
  • Restock and maintain retail displays.
  • Support merchandising and inventory tasks.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and complete assigned side work.
  • Follow all opening, closing, and shift duties.
  • Help onboard and train new Bartenders.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and uphold Drybar’s 10 Core Values.
