You are comfortable tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and guiding the team toward consistent growth. Own the Guest Experience You ensure every guest who walks through the door feels the intention behind our brand. From the energy of the space to the details of the service, you hold the standard. You are stepping into a company that is growing with intention, now with four locations and continuing to expand You will be supported by a leadership team that values development, communication, and clarity You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on both people and performance Your growth here is not capped, it evolves as you do This is a full time leadership role with a consistent 40 hour work week designed to support both performance and sustainability.
