About The Position
The primary purpose of this role will support our salon teams by helping with recruiting, onboarding, community outreach, social media, administrative projects, and operational initiatives. The candidate ideally comes from the salon, beauty, barber, spa, or service industry and already understands the importance of culture, guest experience, recruiting, and relationship building.
Requirements
- Experienced in the beauty, salon, barber, spa, hospitality, or service industry
- Well-versed in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Community-driven and relationship-focused
- Organized and dependable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable networking and representing our salons within the community
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with cosmetology schools and barber schools
- Attending career fairs and community events
- Recruiting stylists, barbers, managers, and support staff
- Maintaining an active candidate pipeline
- Assisting with onboarding and new hire engagement
- Supporting employee retention initiatives
- Creating and coordinating social media content
- Promoting our culture and career opportunities
- Assisting with administrative projects
- Providing occasional front desk support when needed
- Supporting salon events and operational initiatives
- Helping strengthen communication and engagement across locations
