About The Position

The Salon Manager will be the heartbeat of the organization, managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success. Leading by example, the manager will help staff increase their clientele and the business. The role focuses on the profitability of the salon by overseeing each salon organization. Responsibilities include hiring, recruiting, training, and handling conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.

Ability to manage multiple teams across different organizations (Salons).

Ability to create a positive work environment.
Provide guidance on business and technical competency matters.
Keep the salon’s bottom line in mind.
Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Tech savvy.
Ability to perform administrative tasks.
Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
Good eyesight including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Comfortable with standing, lifting, and reaching.
Comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.
