People management experience required (retail leadership experience strongly valued)

Nice To Haves

Salon or service-industry experience is a plus-but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest
Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and team members
Coordinate the service floor to keep the day running smoothly
Train, coach, and support your team's growth and performance
Build strong relationships with Designers, Guest Services, and Assistants
Reinforce Mango's culture, values, and initiatives
Oversee scheduling and staff coverage in partnership with the Scheduling Manager
Maintain strong knowledge of salon services, systems, and operations
Support the Welcome Desk and Reservation Center as needed
Problem-solve in real time and keep priorities moving forward
