Requirements

• Lead by example.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations of the salon.
• Provide leadership and tools for success to the salon staff.
• Increase clientele and business by leading by example.
• Focus on the profitability of the salon and teach stylists business practices.
• Provide all hair care services offered by Cost Cutters and ensure the highest quality for each guest.
• Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
• Perform administrative tasks.
