Longitude Great Clips is hiring for a Salon Manager role. This position offers a steady flow of customers, a structured system, and a team that supports your growth. The role involves leading the team, managing salon operations, and delivering haircuts, depending on salon needs. The balance between administrative time and floor time varies by location and reflects the specific needs of the salon.

Requirements

Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills
Ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
