About The Position
Drybar Charlottesville is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager who is a licensed cosmetologist. This role is ideal for a top stylist, educator, or assistant manager looking to advance their career. The Salon Manager will spend a significant portion of their day providing services behind the chair, while also coaching the team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the business. The position involves leading daily shop operations, driving membership and retail sales, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license
- Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role
- A positive, accountable leader who enjoys developing others
- Passion for both beautiful hair and exceptional guest service
