About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact. If you’re a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others, building strong teams, and helping a salon run at its best, this could be the next step in your career. Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. We are looking for a CO-MANAGER for our local Bellevue community salon. Management Experience not required-we will support you to succeed!
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
Responsibilities
