Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. Established, busy Great Clips salon seeking a Salon Manager to lead the floor while cutting alongside with our team in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching, teamwork, and helping support daily salon operations and who has a focus on customer service. Flexible schedule required. Great Clips experience a plus. Management experience preferred, but not required. We provide paid training, paid holidays and paid vacation. $22-24 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule required.
