About The Position

This role is an opportunity to unleash your potential as a stylist, leader, and Salon Manager. The ideal candidate will lead with style, kindness, compassion, and care. You will be the heartbeat of the salon, managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success. By leading by example, you will help your staff increase their clientele and the business. You will focus on the profitability of the salon and teach stylists the ins and outs of business. You will also provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensure the highest quality is provided for each guest. Additionally, you will act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees, ensuring a positive work environment. You will be responsible for hiring, recruiting, training, and handling conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.

• Availability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.
