About The Position

FS Cut & Color is a premier national franchise system with over 50 years of excellence and 600+ locations nationwide. We're looking for an experienced, Full-Time Hair Stylist with some Management Background and a current Nevada Cosmetology license to help lead our team.

Requirements

• Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media posting.
• Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, chemical services, and perms.
• Manage client flow, ensure appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry and cosmetology trends.
• Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
• Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative salon culture.
• Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals.
