About The Position

The Salon Leader is responsible for managing all salon operations, providing leadership, and equipping staff with the tools for success. This role involves leading by example to help staff increase their clientele and the business, focusing on salon profitability, and teaching stylists the business aspects. The Salon Leader will also perform all haircare services offered by SmartStyle, ensuring high quality for guests, and acting as a coach and mentor to foster a positive work environment. Key duties include hiring, recruiting, training, and professionally handling conflicts and client complaints.
