About The Position
Drybar focuses on one thing and does it best — blowouts. We’re seeking a confident Salon Client Relations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and inspire the front desk team.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or restaurant leadership
- 21+ and eligible to serve as ABC Manager (Virginia requirement)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client service
- Support and coach team members
- Manage supplies and product organization
- Drive membership and retail sales
- Coordinate group events and social media content
- Open and close the salon as a key holder
