About The Position
Drybar focuses on one thing and does it best — blowouts. We’re seeking a confident Salon Client Relations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and inspire the front desk team. This role involves leading front desk operations, supporting and coaching team members, managing supplies, driving sales, coordinating events, and opening/closing the salon as a key holder.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or restaurant leadership
- 21+ and eligible to serve as ABC Manager (Virginia requirement)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client service
- Support and coach team members
- Manage supplies and product organization
- Drive membership and retail sales
- Coordinate group events and social media content
- Open and close the salon as a key holder
