About The Position

Responsible for creating the ultimate guest experience by welcoming guests into the spa area providing exceptional service and anticipating guests' needs. The spa attendant is to provide general resort information all while keeping the spa, salon, VIP registration and fitness area in pristine presentation at all times.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Must possess or obtain Responsible Beverage Service state certification.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum one (1) year customer service experience in a hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests and Team Members.
Ensure that all Guests are greeted in a friendly manner.
Responsible for ensuring that all areas of responsibility are clean, organized and stocked according to departmental standards.
Complete all necessary opening and closing duties.
Maintain a safe and functional area for guests.
Must be knowledgeable regarding all spa/salon services, amenities, spa protocols and retail with the ability to explain them to guests.
Be certain all Guests are arriving to their treatments on time.
Must complete all training courses as specified by management.
Deliver all spa linens to the necessary drop off/pick up areas.
Assist management with stocking and ticketing all spa retail items.
Responsible to view and confirm schedule of services.
Responsible to check guests in and out of all service management systems.
Folding, placing, and clearing of pool towels throughout the pool area during off season.
