About The Position

BMW of Downtown Los Angeles, part of Car Pros Automotive Group, is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Salespeople to join their growing team. This role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase and lease process, delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the BMW brand, and building a high-income career in automotive sales within a fast-paced luxury sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and lease new and pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and SUVs
  • Become a product expert by learning the features, benefits, and technology of current BMW models and competitive vehicles
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate vehicle operation in the showroom and during test drives
  • Present pricing proposals, financing, and lease options to customers
  • Utilize only legal, ethical, and customer-focused sales techniques
  • Maintain all required BMW manufacturer certifications and training
  • Protect customer confidential information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals
  • Ensure every vehicle is professionally delivered to customers
  • Prospect and market vehicles through phone calls, emails, social media, referrals, and personal outreach
  • Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Utilize and follow the Car Pros sales process
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in VinSolutions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Adhere to all company policies, including harassment, discrimination, dress code, and compliance standards
  • Wear dealership employee ID badge daily
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
