About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking motivated, outgoing, charismatic, and determined individuals to join their team as Salespeople at Kendall Hyundai. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment serving clients in the community. The role offers opportunities in both floor sales and internet sales, with a focus on building rapport, referrals, and future sales through various communication channels. Requirements

Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts.
Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models.
Good driving record.
Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

Work with clients and other sales staff to sell vehicles.
Greet clients and provide product information.
Demonstrate products and features to clients.
Work with management staff to negotiate vehicle prices.
Use computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects to build rapport, referrals, and future sales.
Attend sales meetings and trainings.
Assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays.
Travel to out-of-town training events (infrequent but required).
Use snow removal tools.
Build a customer base and referrals using networking skills.
