Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist throughout the buying process
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles
• Present features, pricing, and purchase options
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations
• Complete documentation accurately
• Deliver a professional customer experience
