About The Position

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking high-performance, commission-based sales professionals for an elite sales force in Billings. This role is for individuals who are "hunters" and "closers" looking to achieve significant earnings through a career focused on building relationships and driving sales in the RV and marine industry. The company emphasizes a culture where effort directly translates to earnings, with top performers consistently earning six figures. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidates, and top performers are rewarded with an all-expenses-paid annual trip.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a commission-based sales role strongly preferred.
  • Energy, drive, and a competitive mindset.
  • A culture fit - team-oriented, coachable, and focused on customer experience.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Strong investigative skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Valid driver's license required with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in RV, automotive, powersports, or retail sales is strongly preferred — but not required for people with drive, grit, and charisma.

  • Manage your pipeline, from follow-up, follow-through, and close.
  • Master the Bretz sales process to drive consistent, high-quality deals.
  • Maintain high activity, high energy, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Stay hungry, coachable, and competitive every day.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team that wins together.
  • Other duties as assigned.
