About The Position

Unit Sales Associates are the sales force of the retail sales department. They handle all customer transactions from start to finish while striving to achieve department and personal goals. This role involves stretching yourself every month to achieve better personal results, overcoming objections to find the next opportunity, and setting yourself and other team members up for success through strong communication and CRM usage. Driving the company's mission forward with passion and leading from your seat are key aspects of this position.

2 years related experience and/or training.
Must obtain Motorcycle License within 90 days of employment.
